If your agency is paying with a check (instead of using a card online), please mail the check payable to "KSJOA" with a copy of the conference invoice to:

Conference Fee Cancellation and Refund Policy
On or before June 26:  Cancellations with a full refund of the conference fee may be requested through the online registration system.

On or after June 27:  No refunds will be given, but you may substitute another attendee from your organization.  Please e-mail the KSJOA Treasurer Mark Hinkle at ksjoatreasurer@gmail.com.
